Hi CA: Thanks nice comments. JDSU target? Don't have one. That probably seems odd. With my style, I usually do not consider a target price per se. Consequently, I don't necessarily have a target for JDSU. Don't mean to dodge your question but wanted you to know that before I give you my opinion.

Had the SDLI news not hit, I think JDSU would be over 150 right now and headed for 175 or so. Now, with the SDLI news, I would be happy if JDSU attacks 150 soon. That is doable, but, realistically, I think it will hit resistance on its way to 150, its old high. That is about 20% up from here. So, looking out to year end, that is a reasonable target. Let the SDLI news be approved and then, of course, higher we go.

Factor in somewhat of a pullback on the Naz that everyone says is coming. I'm not convinced it will be as bad of a pullback as many think.

So, 150 is a target that can be challenged near term, with a little run from the Naz, but will hit considerable resistance. My two cents worth and I certainly could be wrong.

Also, consider an optimistic scenario......

SDLI reports today, blows out numbers, JDSU goes up.
ETEK reports Mon, blows out numbers, JDSU goes up.
JDSU reports next Wed, blows out numbers, JDSU goes up.

I like to think positive......

Take care and good luck, CA.

Got to run back to meeting.

RR
