WRONG Clay. NT also has substantial circuit-switch business and that isn't dragging it down. That's all baloney in my opinion. Circuit switches are still being bought. The problem is in the growth markets (wireless & optics) where LU is faltering (both in products and in execution). It's time LU & it's followers face up to reality and stop blaming this or that for it's poor performance.
