Dennis,

As mentioned in the index update, it depends if yesterday was considered a strong down day or not. A negated 3-day pattern should be bullish but was it negated or not - too close to tell.

As for the NAZ, the pattern wasnt negatated so it just moves on. Commonly DAY 3 should be flat if DAY 2 is down but that wouldnt negate the pattern.
