People, take a look at the SDLI/JDSU situation. I believe the merger will go through, and so do most involved. They may have to sell a division to do it, but the overall looks very good. In addition, both companies are good buys anyway. The present price as I write is: JDSU 124 SDLI 412 Merger deal, 3.8 JDSU for 1 SDLI This means, if you buy SDLI right now at 412, you are getting JDSU for 108 if the deal goes through. That may be worth the risk involved for some of you
