The growth rate in mobile MOU is increasing each month. So far, an exponential curve is indicated.

The growth rate in MOU from April to May was 36.7%; the growth rate from May to June was 85%; the growth rate from June to just *the first two weeks of July* was 55%. You take a small leap of faith and double that 55% for the month to 110%. If see these points on a graph you get the picture in a hurry.

So then you have 37% - 85% - 110%.

I think it's *very realistic* that the mobile MOU will double every month. If that is the case then JUST with mobile MOU you have the following logrithmic trajectory:

(All mobile MOU)

Mid October 2000 - 944,000 mou

Mid Jan. 2001 - 7.55 million mou

Mid March 2001 - 60.4 mill mou

Mid June 2001 - 483 mill mou

Mid Oct. 2001 - 3.86 billion mou.

Granted, there will be a flattening out of the curve with time. However, the above projections includes NOTHING for fixed mou, or for IFN, or for large goverment contracts.

Granted, we only have a few months to go on. However, if the mobile MOU are in that 944,000 area three months from now, then this exponential curve is verified. Then it's a moonshot...

By the way, I do feel that ICO will be inferior to Globalstar for Voice. It will also not have the great path diversity Globalstar has because of fewer sats and in higher orbit. No system will do voice as well as Globalstar. I can testify that my digital Airtouch voice quality is inferior to my Globalstar connection. I was very surprised to find that there was no interruption to a voice when driving under a bridge at 50-60 miles an hour. I attribute this to path diversity.

I do feel that Bernard Schwartz does not want to place the additional funding now because at the current stock price it would mean greater dilution. I feel he is waiting for the stock to rebound with new announcements of developments first.
