More ramblings on operator performances.... SBC....They had an incredible quarter. They added 537,000 new customers (and I can't find any one-time adds). Their new one-rate plan for the US must be pretty popular. BLS....They didnt break it out but it looks like they added somewhere around 300,000 new customers. This is on par with PCS's performance (in terms of expectations). BLS owns two CDMA properties in South America....Movicom (Argentina) and Telcel (Venezuala). Movicom added 75,000 new subs which was the same as in the first quarter while Telcel added 191,000 vs. 481,000 in the first quarter. Some of these adds are still analog.... Slacker
