Bob, I do not know Vern or the new guy, but I do admire what the mining guys have been able to do. I do not know of anyone else mining such narrow widths with longhole methods and still keeping such good drilling and blasting control. Obviously the financials (and in the end that is what counts!) point to a less than rosy production scenario, but could this be due to bad ground conditions, etc. In any event I hope the problems are overcome quickly, but I sympathize with Vern's situation whether he left voluntarily or otherwise.
