Yeah, I saw the 2 downgrades today and I'm not sure I agree with their reasoning. I picked up a small lot to go in the long term port. I won't be selling this unless we get another quick run to the high 40s like we saw the last time ATMI dropped. I wouldn't load up on ATMI here, as there may be better opportunities to buy cheaper but I think $34 is a good place to start for the buy and hold types. Probably not a bad trading point either but that's not my intention with this purchase. I'd rather save my trading powder for higher volume stocks that are easier to get in and out of or have dropped too low where the risk is relatively low. I hope you closed out your JDSU short before yesterday's close!!! Michael
