T2, the difference between JDSU and BRCM is that BRCM has about 1/4 the shares of JDSU outstanding and BRCM was not pulling a heavy sled behind it. I think we will find enough willing JDSU shareholders that are willing to part with their shares on the way up.

With those two considerations in mind, I have to think the JDSU move will be somewhat muted in comparison to what we saw from BRCM.

I'm looking at selling calls next Thursday...any suggestions? Jan 01 200s?
