Mighty, I would not feel badly for the Ascend employees. for the most part, they did well. they were not exactly a well run company. I do feel badly for many in Cascade since they bailed early, selling to the devious folks out west that had flooded the channels and knew nothing about QA at the time...if only they had remained as Cascade... another joke...the ASND acquisition of Stonybrook has now taken over control of Naviscore. that means the end of a really good network management platform is coming... like you said...NEXT!!! tp
