With rgd to the proxy vote, this is corporate democracy in action: 1 sh= 1 vote; if you don't like it vote against it. LS won't do anything the stkhldrs haven't approved- it's that simple. :) This is regarding a post on RB, I sure wd like to know how one goes abt issuing wts to raise cash in a shell-- no problem giving out wts as they don't have to be registered w/SEC, but the underlying shs must be registered, & SEC won't let "empty" shells register anything, so how is a plan supposed to work?
