If all it takes to get a $3 move up is a PR about HSDRAM out performing DRDRAM they could easily generate one a day for the next 15 days with some different benchmark showing their advantage.

...Not that I would object mind. :8) But I am hoping for something more indicative of increased earnings.

For the life of me, it sure looks like the memory fabs would have to do some artful drafting to state an anti trust claim against RMBS without involving INTC. Maybe they can do it, but it would seem to be a stronger case if they added some allegations about this RMBS/INTC deal.
