RE: . It looks like Ashok Kumar in jumping the gun on a rumor got in front of the gun and will not be the lead on where Dell is going, Niles is the man now. Still, Ashok is a thoughtful analyst. I think ConvergeNet may be the antidote to the Itanium delay.

It's old...Very old but, I'll never cease to be amazed by what I hear from the folks I talk to at DELL...I can recall that last year I asked Robert Williams why they didn't send aerial post cards out to all the analysts... :o) Seeing is believing...Just ask those that attended our tour or went for our sleuthing tour...:o) And, yet the information that Don Collis or John Johnston spilled to us was very similar to what Richard Chu received just days before...I ask you Mike: Why did he raise DELL to a "strong buy"?
