It appears to me that a large group of people did not want to hold these stocks going into today's Book-to-Bill number and options expiration may also be playing a role.

In my opinion, the market is telling us that the semi equip cycle has peaked. Virtually every semi equip CEO seems to be saying exactly the opposite - "nothing but blue sky ahead." Its either look out below or a hell of a buying opportunity, depending on which of these is right. Very skittish - weird trading action in the equips - I personally think they who pronounce the demise of the current cycle are prematurely puking.
