Yes, Level II is where you will find it. You can see it even without Level II. Once the price drops below the previous days price, then it turns negative/red.

On Level II it goes red. Level II, 9 times out of ten indicates the direction of the price.

You can do search on Level II and find numerous sites that have it. A couple of people have posted
