Meteor Technologies Inc - Meteor Technologies $1.3-million financing Meteor Technologies Inc MMI Shares issued 25,825,497 2000-07-19 close $1.6 Thursday Jul 20 2000 Mr. Fred Fabro reports The company has entered into a non-brokered private placement consisting of one million units at a rice of $1.30 each. Each unit comprises one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant is exercisable into an additional share of the company at a price of $1.80 for a term of one year. The proceeds of the private placement will be used to complete the balance of the company's acquisition in ThoughtShare Communications Inc. and for general working capital.
