Financing? ZERO doesn't need that. ZERO is debt free. And it has very little in the way of expenses.

That's if you believe 10Q's balance sheet and P&L statement. Which I don't.

I think that if the SEC bothered to ask somebody who could read financial statements to look at the 10Q and the 10k, and try to correlate them with the company' reports of its activity and claims of being debt-free, they would have included a "questions about the accuracy of the financial statements" in their list of reasons for halting the stock.
