John, one vote for RealTick, at least thru MB Trader. I belong to an online group and many folks have and complain about QCHarts.

I have not seen a significant data problem in months from MBT.

The Realtick software itself is extremeley reliable and easy to use. The data is only as reliable as your data service that feeds into realtick. Realtick is not the issue. Perhaps you want to know what data service providers are reliable. That seems to be the real issue.
