"the state of the mania:" Perhaps a couple of considerations..Cross-current.com graphs don't seem to take into account a few important things I believe. There wasn't a large baby boomer community at the age where they can use their savings/equity/pensions to invest in any of those comparitive charts '29 and '87 ( who won't really want the money back for an average of 15 years from now when they retire ) and the greatest eveloution in the way humans live, work and play in our entire history just really got started a few years back with the internet. Your thoughts are apreciated. Uncle Rumple
