CS First Boston Sues Message Board Poster
By Will Prattle

On Thursday, Dewey Cheetham and Howe (formely known as Credit Suisse First Boston) filed a lawsuit against a controversial Silicon Investor message poster named "Impristine", alleging that he was just too damn loopy and his posts "always fucked with our brains." DCH finally decided to move against Impristine after their leading analyst, David Maris, read several of Mr. Impristine's zany posts on Silicon Investor; and soon after began marching naked around the trading floor yelling "spank my monkey Mary Meeker" at the top of his lungs. Mr. Maris had to be restrained by four of DCH's burliest institutional traders, and was hustled out of the building to parts unknown.

DCH is seeking $1 million in damages from Mr. Impristine stating that Mr. Maris caused considerable damage when he urinated all over DCH's sophisticated trading desk.

When asked for his comments on the lawsuit Mr. Impristine replied "LOL".
