Scumbria you're getting rusty. Rambus DRAM continues to be falling in price. Why worry about pissing Rambus off? According to you and the other AMDroids Rambus is a nothing company with a nothing technology. As far as "mindless litigation" tell that to Toshiba and Hitachi!!! Cha-Ching... Cha-Ching... Cha-Ching... keep those royalties coming!!!

Scumbria, if AMD has a Rambus license, they presumably have the same non-criticism clause as everybody else, so what could they say? Well, I guess "giving the customers what they want" could be considered a criticism of Rambus, so they might get sued anyway.
