with SIL you can...it has oodles of cash, more than enough to get production going. i agree with you that Dukat is likely discounted by now. one thing one must say is that PAAS has a clear path for future growth. a ramp in silver prices would be an added bonus. 10-bagger potential, if not more.... otoh, HL and CDE NEED a silver rally...without one they're on the endangered species list. but the potential is equally great due to their high leverage to silver prices.
