Jeff,

Mr. Zwebner offered this response on RB:

ragingbull.altavista.com

We understand that an issue has been raised in various bulletin board posts concerning the terms of your settlement with Gary Dobry, specifically including challenges to the accuracy of the statement that the
settlement called for the entry of a million dollar judgment against Mr.Dobry. There is no basis in fact to such a challenge. The correct facts are that Mr. Dobry has consented to the entry of a judgment in the amount of
$1million in favor of Michael Zwebner, but that such a settlement will not be enforced unless there is clear and convincing evidence that Mr. Dobry has breached certain ongoing terms of the settlement. We are in the process
of obtaining the Court's entry of the judgment.

Regards,
John Sladek

I can see Kuhns getting into trouble for his stupidity in baiting Zwebner.
He has to posture and lie, just to get through the day.
I don't blame Zwebner for the title of the PR - it really didn't change a thing as Dobry has found out.
