It's also available on Winspear's website, I just finished reading about all the "bouncing baby rights", as someone called them, that we are about to acquire. And they do provide a convenient link to Adobe Acrobat downloads, for those who don't already have it.

I assume your are referring to the Management proxy/information circular dated Sept 3, 1997. I am also assuming you are referring to all or part of the shareholders rights plan, right? Please post a quick summary of the PP for those of us who have a problem deciphering legalese.
