I've read a couple of the posts but was very weary about buying FBCE, since they were on the BB. Looks very appealing, I'll be very tempted now on a dip.

Mark, I'm glad some of you are finally noticing FBCE. Our Raging Bull sister thread [stock symbol "RANDE"] first found FibreCore about 5 months ago and have been on it since then. . .

They were interesting when they owned a glass fiber factory in Germany and Malaysia. . .which had a line of low cost fibre optics products. . .but when they bought the factory in Brazil, it made them one of the contenders in the industry and CERTAINLY a takeover target.

I still can't figure out why Corning is not using their stock as currency and buying up some of these companies that manufacture glass fibre. Perhaps they are just slow to move.

To all. . .

Regarding the OTC Bulletin Board stigma. . . few are more critical of the OTC than me. . . but in this case, we can't throw the baby out with the bath water. There are some companies on the OTC that are really trying. . . have been in the same business for a long long time. . . are not only in business to sell stock. . .and actually have a chance of making it. . . . VERY VERY VERY few mind you.

NOTE: Please don't send me OTC picks unless they have been in same biz 5 years, have a product that is sold in English speaking countries, have a perfect history of reporting their financials over 5 years, have not had a reverse split in recent times AND are nearing profitability.

As a rule, we don't cover OTC on this board. . . but there have been a few exceptions. FBCE is one of them.

A--if I got this right----they missed their earn. because of parts shortages in the Fiber area--------shouldn't this be good for them(demand is too strong)------should be good for parts suppliers and comp. with lots of prod.-----ala.LPTH,etc. all.

I am adding some more A in my long term.
