IPO's RETURN WITH A VENGEANCE quote.bloomberg.com Amazing! Let this article sink in a bit, and remember this moment in history. Investing has become so mindless, that people no longer even own stock. They own shares in mutual funds (which enjoy automatic inflows) and which in turn have little choice but to buy whatever stock is available. So an increase in stock supply in the form of IPO offerings threaten the average portfolio! I guess the burning issue facing the American Economic Miracle is: will Wall Steet create stock faster than Greenspan creates credit? P.S. When this is over, it won't do to rail against Wall Street. It's pretty clear the public, the politicians, the central bank, the media etc. all WANT TO BE FOOLED.
