GDP Objective I think his goal is 3% - 3.5% but knows he can't get it this year on average. The average GDP over the next two years as stated by his testimony, by averaging out the lower GDP and upper GDP ranges-crude analysis, yes I know, seems to indicate a GDP average of 3.63% to 4.13% closer to 4% than the 3% to 3.5% you site. If his goal was the lower target over the two year period he would have to continue raising rates starting in August.
