Couple of weeks ago a TC2K user wrote in the Wordens notes that on his stocks, he plays with the MA until he finds one that seems to fit the stocks movments,, may be a 5 period,6,9,10,14,22, whatever, then he uses only it to monitor with on that particular stock. Sounds kinda like your idea..

ABGX yesterday's WL triggering a second time and HOD. Earnings out next week. GENZ mentioned the last few days is also still on a uptrend, but I won't be holding anything through earnings.
