Not at all. It should be flying along with JDSU. After the addition, I would expect the discount drift lower again after it spikes a bit. If it gets close to 20% (the highest it can get, IMHO), we will get a lot of ARBs jump in and start causing a reversal. Heck.. I might even do it to a small degree.
