Either way, I'll be watching your move.

Speaking of my moves, for those of you who are interested, here is where I am now:

ADCT 3%
BRCD 5%
BRCM 4.4%
CREE 5.3%
CSCO 6.8%
ELON .7%
EMC 4.75%
GMST 2.46%
INTC 4%
JDSU 4.8%
NTAP 10%
NXTL 1.9%
ORCL 5.3%
PMCS 3.5%
QQQ 3.36%
RMBS 1.6%
SDLI 21%
SEBL 4.5%
SNDK 2.7%
SUNW 4.93%

I will sell off some SDLI when my caution overcomes my greed. I am up 71% on SDLI as of now. The QQQ is there as a hold for a stock buy, for instance, into Q if Nokia makes a deal.

Eric L: Agree that Nokia "deal" is unlikely before "snow flies" as you put it.

But then you seem to say, it may not happen - 50-50 chance. So what happens if Nokia does not license the Q's IPR? Curious what you think.

Since Nokia doesn't have a CDMA infrastructure license at all, and is cut off at the pass on patents in Japan, Korea and Europe on anything related to CDMA beyond CDMAOne, where and how could any there be any Nokia CDMA related roll out for HDR(1xEV)/3rd gen of any flavor - especially UMTS occur?

How could Nokia roll out UMTS in Europe, let alone, the world?

Best.

re: Qcom/Nok - The buzz I am picking up is that this deal (IF it happens) will probably not be made till snow flies.

You know, up in Finland, it may snow any day now.
