Thanks for your help.

After looking at the actual components of the XLK, the first obvious observation is that the XLK is composed of both NAZ and DOW HiTECH stocks, which may give a better view of all the HiTECHs than just the NDX.

Now the question is whether it is leading or lagging or neutral or varies. gggggggggg
