My speculation on how ZERO device changes emisions for the the tests. This is just a guess. A car with a carburator is brought in that is not tuned well in its current form. While at idle it is running very rich, too much gas, so the emissions are out of whack with the unburned fuel. The plate is put inbetween the carburator and the mainfold. This changes the length of the stack, and the venturi. This changes the way the flow of fuel is drawn at idle. The changes in height and length of the between the carb and the mainfold, bring the car into a perfectly tuned state. Once that happens the car puts out proper emmisons. And the scores reflect that. This is only a guess, for all I now the plate works and produces the results. I ain't no super expert in cars Interesting stock story. Interesting symbol too
