well...originally it was going to be MRV and CW... then, it was changed to CW and iTouch b/c of MRV's pending cc and ipo of luminent.... finally, iTouch dropped out, which kinda adds a little fuel to the rumor mill fires.

According to the research report on MRVC carried by the 21st Century Investor newsletter (a link to a full copy of that report shown on Raging Bull was posted here recently), MRVC owns 53% of Charlotte's Web.

I checked Chet White's recent update and all he had to say on the ownership issue of CW is this:
