Wendt has no intention of coming to CONSECO to file for Bankruptcy And yet you post links to stories stating that Wendt is rejecting the alternatives to Chapter 11. Do you even understand the issues here? Are you under the illusion that Wendt loses his job if the company files Chapter 11? That Chapter 11 would mean Conseco goes out of business? I also note a groundswell starting for a "call in your certificates" campaign on the Yahoo CNC board. That's about as sure a sign of long desperation as you can get.
