LOL! But seriously, I guarantee you that the LU spin offs will get my attention once the present COMS/PALM is over with. CNBC said this a.m. that Goldman (I think) had come out and said that the "sum of the parts" for LU is greater than the whole. Plenty of time for the necessary DD there.

And Agilent? Out of the blue and now another credibility problem for the CEO after his upbeat comments last Q. Plus they've made some analysts look silly (not very difficult) - SSB were out last week with an upgrade (to "strong buy" I think) and a target of 120, today they downgraded to "neutral" with a $50 target, which it probably will hit next week! I sold all my LU (dead for 6 months now except some short term trades maybe), but I'm hanging on to the A until I hear what the CEO says on the CC tonight.

The ERICY/Agilent "component shortage" problems emphasizes just how impressive PALM's performance was in Q4 in the face of the same shortages. If we hear generally that this problem has eased, we should expect a blow out Q1 report in September.

P.S. How's that for a response to having my buttons pushed?
