No, I've not a shred of wonder about that; guilt is a marketing button used on consumers in sales pitches, not something any self respecting capitalist actually feels. This is America after all...since when do winners feel guilty. No no no...this is the Clinton era and there is not much which can't be sold and justified with a well crafted message.

Seriously, I do think there may be some potential for legal problems arising out of stuff that Sam has pointed out...in particular things like the Goldman Sachs roles. In theory it is the BOD that ought be held accountable for balancing and protecting stockholder interests among others, but in practice they are generally a weak institution relative to management. For sure its a big enough deal for the smarter lawyers to give it a real close looksee....forget the SEC, the proper antidote to vultures is more vultures.
