Hey when u get that message, you should also record what's in the url window and what's in the caption.

And SI should include a time/date error log stamp in the message. That way they could easily trace it back to their error log files. (hint: SI)

and as 4 computers. I'll say any system that makes you happy is fine in my book. After all ur the one that has to be happy with it.
