It appears that Junior-George will not be able to hide his mismanagement of the state economy much longer. The state agencies have been under a lot of pressure the past couple of weeks to rosy up the revenue estimates and defer expenses until next year.

Well, the idea of a soul involves actual plug-in, so that is not the thing to focus on. Since the argument has been that though it may be possible, it is very unlikely that everything came together without guidance of some sort, I am afraid we have to agree to disagree on the general point.........
