According to CC they double amount of headends and now Com21 has 1200 sold overall. That amount can support many millions of ATM modems . So far they sold only 500k. Once AT&T will enter the picture , upgrading TCI starting in second half of the year( and they need more advanced products for internet access, voice etc. which are made only by Com21, not OEM or TERN) Listen to that part of CC where ATT is mentioned.
