It appears that OPMR's manufacturing partner, PSC, is suing Optimal seeking an injunction and relief. For what is not known, but this is not too unexpected considering OPMR is dumping PSC as a manufacturing partner and is going to manufacture the U-Scan's themselves. From what I gathered in earlier research, losing the U-Scan manufacturing contract will materially hurt PSC. It will be interesting to see what grounds PSC is claiming but I highly doubt this lawsuit will amount to anything. Obewon/Valuation Guy
