Eski, With respect to the fudging of data, I would like to know why stock options aren't considered at all into the wage inflation calculation. At times over the past few years I have heard stats about the number of millionaires that work at firms csco, msft, intc and dell. It is remarkable that stock option grants aren't taken into account with respect to wage inflation or employee costs. I would like to know the total amount of money the flows in the economy in one year as a result of these grants. Bambs P.S. interesting read....I enjoy those kinds of articles.
