If commissions are not a factor it looks like a buck can be made on ROI/Prime, Scott

Looks like CIBC is on the buy for Prime West today.Short covering? How convenient that they are able to find willing sellers at $7.75 with gas and oil prices spiking up again.
Sure looks like manipulation.
