The issue is not focus.

Agilent is pruning product portfolios. I would suggest that we listen to what they say is the opportunity in the medical and "chip-making" divisions. I know I don't know enough to say whether these are good businesses to be in.

However, I do think that in the long run, diversity is good for sustained performance.

PKI is not involved in the patient monitoring business. If anybody, it will be SpaceLab, or Siemens who may be interested in the health Care division.
