Heinz.... you are still the center of the universe... superb explication of your debt vs. printing press views...... all of it of course contingent on a crack developing in the dam (damn).....

one question on the yield curve inversion.... what are your thoughts on the influence of fed purchases at the long end.... that has not been typically part of previous inversions....hence some excuse offered on the part of the "quiet" economists... or have I missed something here?

side note.... two weeks ago Chuckleheyser formed the most bullish panel of experts I think I have ever seen on his show.... with Marty Zweig leading the pack (somewhat unusual to me).... this week Marty Zweig was neutral.... not exactly rocket science but I count the furrows on Zweig's forehead as a market indicator coupled with the number of half smiles.... the furrow indicator showed a neutral stance with a negative lean....

regards

J

Article in the press today about banks and finance companies facing heavy losses on auto leases. Seems the market value of the vehicles at the end of the lease term is much less than anticipated in many cases.
