mad2<<.....gambling mentality>> definitely,it is a mentality,some however learn from a bad experience others never learn,and the shills make a living off that type all their lives,they are the predators that go through life happily feeding on the truth that there is in fact "a sucker being born every-minute". i changed my handle about a month after my own "hard lesson" and went heavy with a put position against EBAY,and got crushed,to symbolize i had learned my lesson. i lost 120k on EBAY,but since i changed my ways beginning in november '99(that is to never go for a killing WITHOUT a defensive position ALSO in place)-- i have made that all back , plus 80k.(BTW,i could come back because i never use margin,and always have significant cash on the side lines) The LTK007 in just a personal wryism:) PaxMax, trader formerly known as max90:) P.S. to ALL lurkers--never never use margin.
