I've been a long term CTXS holder, but I threw in the towel this week and sold the balance of my shares. CTXS as a stock is probably dead money for quite a while no matter what Citrix as a business does. Wall Street doesn't trust this company.
Assuming taxes aren't a big issue, it's not material what you paid for a stock, it's sunk costs. The question is whether the money is better off in CTXS or somewhere else.
