Au contraire. I'd guess this is focal point of any qcom/nok discussions. Qualcomm would stir up one helluva storm in their existing value chain if they cut a sweetheart deal with NOK on cdma licensing rates, so the gsm side of the equation is all that could be negotiated without the liability of repercussions.
