I was going to stay in cash in my trading (non-taxable) account from this week into early September, but the bargain-basement prices several of these chip stocks are currently at are too compelling. It is difficult to restrain oneself from jumping in with too much too early.

Nevertheless, ANAD at $30 and KOPN at $23 can't be passed up, IMO. Incidentally, I particularly like NVLS. I think it will still go lower in the near term, but will be a great stock to own from September onward. It has had several very positive write-ups in briefing.com regarding its new products.
