Zandria's general business plan through LevelRed.com:

As yet, no other web site has found ultimate success targeting the most
highly sought consumers on the planet, those 18 to 34-year-olds with all the
money, time, and inclination to spend it on the Net. Zandria Corporation,
through its subsidiary, LevelRed.com, Inc. (LevelRed.com) plans to provides a
"one-place-entry" for this demographic, into an interactive community
tailored specifically to Now Generation interests. LevelRed.com plans to
track visitor information on users of its web site to compile an unparalleled
database with revenue potential that is both varied and massive.

What Propels LevelRed.com into the Forefront of Internet Opportunity?

There are currently 53.4 million people between the ages of 18 and 34 in the
US; 26.8 million of these are single. Their aggregate income by the year 2001
is projected to be $1.8 trillion. As an Internet-based lifestyle company,
LevelRed.com plans to be the first to specifically communicate with the Now
Generation in their voice, using their values, over the medium they dominate.
Although revenue should initially be generated through e-commerce,
advertising and sponsorship, the unmatched opportunity lies in the staggering
value of an intimate portrait of 18 to 34-year-olds who visit the site.
Having been over-stimulated their entire lives with a culture drenched in
sophisticated marketing, this consumer group has emerged as the greatest
challenge to marketers everywhere. An in-depth look into their unique
patterns should be of interest to any one who wants a piece of their
unbridled buying power and influence. Zandria, through LevelRed.com, believes
that it has developed the ability to sell them that tool.

How Will LevelRed.com Do It?

Distribution partnerships with various Internet portals are planned to be
part of an integrated marketing strategy that will also include off-line,
"night life" events, and targeted radio and print media. As traffic is
driven to LevelRed.com, an intense campaign will ensue to convert visitors
into members with "member-only" enticements such as free email, bulletin
board posting, personal publishing and web page hosting, personal calendars
and address books, and access to additional targeted content and information.

Rapidly evolving editorial content, developed by a world-class
journalism/editorial team and augmented by purchased content from niche
publications, should motivate a high frequency of return visits to the site.
Vicarious entry to local events, reported on by a network of local, Now
Generation freelancers, should impart an exclusivity to members that has not
really been experienced since the days of Studio 54.

As the anticipated dominance of LevelRed.com takes place, Zandria plans to
strategically expand its base of subsidiaries to include additional,
specifically targeted and complimentary web sites and investments - all the
while gathering the information marketers crave.

of the business are working together effectively as the company speeds
towards its objectives. He has valuable business start-up experience having
created Visionary Solutions in 1995, a Hewlett Packard distributorship and

April 11, 2000 LevelRed.com Announces Top Management Appointment
LevelRed.com, Inc. …. announces that it has reached an agreement in
principal to appoint Alfred Mandel to the Board of Directors of LevelRed.com,
Inc. Under the terms of that agreement, Mr. Mandel would also serve as
Secretary of the Company.

March 31, 2000 Zandria Entertainment Networks Inc. Announces Listing on
OTC:BB, Trading Symbol (ZAND)

I would like to add to this news that Alfred Mandel sold a company called Redgate Communications back in 1994 to AOL.
It was a successful company and AOL wanted it. Mr Mandel has
alot of knowledge and contacts in the dotcom industry so his
presense in Zandria represents a big plus for opening lots of doors to some very well known companies in the internet
community.

Also I would like to mention that there are investors who want to invest in Zand but cannot until the stock rises above 5 dollars. These are parties that have a long term understanding of this project and also a knowledge of the
management team and their abilities to make Zandria a successful company. I would also like to add that the price
openiing up at 5 dollars was not anticipated as the mm's only had around 10,000 shares of real paper as the paper was
delayed because of the US Post Office being inefficient in
delivering the stock on time the day it began trading.

I look for an interesting day Monday as well as the entire week. Keep in mind they involved in Street Scene 2000 which
I think is in San Diego on Aug 8th. Also go and look at all
the news release put out thus far. I like how they have a regular flow of news keeping the investors informed.
