To: Mike Gold who wrote (22602 ) 7/23/2000 11:21:04 AM From: slave Read Replies (1) | Respond to Hello Mike,here we are about 10 months after the last AGM...How about a recap?.At the AGM the auditted financials were DONE only awaiting translation from spanish to english, that was told directly to me from Les Price.We have heard many lame reasons about why the delay.But in OFFICIAL press releases all we hear is SOON...Major red flag..Les Price also told me personally that we would not EVER be on the pinks period, however the Attorney Mike told me it might be possible.Now I.R. says they are glad to be on the pinks because our share price can not be manipulated...We are trading at a nickel, i guess without manipulation?.....Funding..10 months ago Les said to everyone at the AGM that funding was finished for all practical purposes, when pressed what he meant he said it was not prudent to give any more info, for fear it would mess up the deal......Major red flag and an outright LIE.....iN 10 MONTHS all the company has done is drill a few more holes, none of which were even close to what Ralph guaranteed they would be...The biggest thing the company has done is to SELL SHARES like crazy.That is why we have no financials to look at because then we would all see the TRUTH....Awaiting translation, if you think about that LAME excuse it ia amazing they could even try to sell that excuse.But along with Ralphs help they did it an are still selling shares undetected to this day...amazing what hope and GREED can lead a person to believe....As of now i own no shares and am up on my investment in MDHM, so i do see things a lot clearer then when i was down over $40,000 .....My question to you is do you think Medinah will reverse split after the AGM this year?.....PS i will buy some shares if for nothing else but to go to the AGM to buy you , Vince and Gary a beer or 2, and of course hope we can spot Jane.....But the top reason to go to Reno is to watch Les Price LIE and try to wiggle out of all of his past lies..........Dave
